Our Impact
Here at MPTF, new stories are created every day as we help people live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives. We are a pioneering instance of entertainment industry members coming together to help our own in need, first created from an idea when Mary Pickford, Charlie Chaplin, Douglas Fairbanks, and other stars teamed up to help a fellow actor purchase a much-needed wig for an audition. That moment began a journey that’s lasted nearly a century, with innumerable lives impacted along the way.
